Postponement Conditions

1Postponement must be requested at least 24 hours before the workshop
2Late postponement requests will be counted as a delivered workshop
3The same workshop cannot be postponed more than twice
4Additional postponements beyond the free allowance are subject to administrative fees

Cancellation Policy

1Full refund available within 48 hours of registration
2No refund after 48 hours or after the first workshop begins
3If cancelled after program start, delivered workshops are charged at individual rate
4Remaining amount is refunded within 14 business days of cancellation approval
