- Bachelor's or higher in Psychology (clinical, developmental, educational)
- Bachelor's or higher in Mental Health or Counseling
- Bachelor's or higher in Early Childhood Education or Kindergarten
- Bachelor's or higher in Social Work with child specialization
- Other adjacent specialties + 3+ years of demonstrated work with children
Non-negotiables
- Authentic passion for child mental health in the Arab world
- Excellent Arabic communication (modern standard + at least one dialect)
- Functional English for professional development materials
- Commitment to strict professional ethical standards
- HD camera + quiet home work environment
