Introduction

Welcome to Farid Academy. Farid Academy provides specialized educational and developmental programs for children and adolescents through live online sessions, a supporting digital platform, progress reports, and learning activities aimed at building character and social-emotional skills. This Agreement governs the relationship between Farid Academy and the parent or subscriber, and sets out the rights, obligations, and operational and financial policies relating to use of the platform and enrolment in the programs. Creating an account on the platform, paying the subscription fee, confirming a booking, the child attending the first session, or using any of the Academy's services constitutes an explicit and final electronic acceptance of this Agreement and all policies contained within it.

TL;DR — Five Key Points

  • A 7-day Golden Guarantee for new subscribers from the subscription start date — the remainder is refunded after deducting consumed sessions and a 15% administrative fee.
  • Every package has a final validity period that absorbs any deferral, freeze, or rescheduling (Monthly 35 days, Semi-annual 6 months + 21 days, Annual 12 months + 45 days); unused sessions expire when it ends.
  • A free rescheduling allowance per package (Monthly 1 / Semi-annual 3 / Annual 6), provided the request is made at least 12 hours before the session via official channels.
  • No-show or late cancellation → the session is counted as consumed, non-refundable and non-extending (except documented force-majeure cases approved by management).
  • The service is educational and developmental, not medical or psychological treatment; disputes are settled amicably first, then before the competent Egyptian courts.
